The ACCB.net/VBiB User Group has the mission to improve communication among .NET developers, to give demonstrations, to have discussions, to solve problems, and to develop together. The OFFLINE part, ACCB.net, organize 2 meetings each month in Bruges. One evening around a certain topic, and the other evening, intensive code writing and problems solving. The ONLINE component, VBiB, a forum where the members meet on the web, and help to achieve the same principal objectives. We bring all kinds of topics around .NET, and follow the best trends and newest innovations. Our User Group focuses primarily on students, hobbyists and novice programmers. But even the experienced programmer is welcome, both OFFLINE and/or ONLINE.
 
SQLUG

SQLUG.be, the SQL Server User Group Belgium is a public user group that wants to bring the Belgian MS Sql Server community together, to share experiences and knowledge. The User Group was founded one year ago, and today reaches 1000 SQL Server enthousiasts in Belgium. We have UG-meetings every 2 months with presentations and round-the-table discussions. Because our user group wants to be the single point of entry for the Belgian Sql Server community, we are on line as well.

The main goal of the UG is to share experiences and knowledge with each other. We want to provide the Belgian System Center community a single point of entry through our website. Besides the website we also want to provide the necessary resources and infrastructure to deliver technical quality content, created for users by users. Furthermore we want to organize meetings, sessions and hands-on labs on a regular basis.

The primary goal of the Pro-Exchange user group is to be a central meeting point for all Unified Communications knowledge in Belgium. As user group, we are focused on IT professionals who are passionate about Microsoft Exchange Server and the other members of the Unified Communications portfolio, like Microsoft Office Communications Server.

 
 
MyTIC

MyTIC, première communauté francophone d'utilisateurs de technologies Microsoft, est le fruit de plusieurs initiatives entre Microsoft et quelques partenaires pour tenter de combler un vide dans l'environnement francophone belge en créant un "users group" alternatif à ceux déjà existants en Belgique qui organisent généralement des réunions entre Bruxelles et Anvers en anglais ou en néerlandais. L'objectif avoué du groupe d'utilisateurs MyTIC est de favoriser les échanges autour des technologies les plus en vue et de fournir des conseils sur l'exploitation des infrastructures ainsi que sur les méthodes et outils de développement. MyTIC bénéficie du support logistique de Microsoft Belux et la communauté a organisé son premier événement le jeudi 5 novembre 2009 au MIC (Microsoft Innovation Center) à Mons.
 
 
IT-Talks

It-Talks is a community targeted at IT professionals. In contrast to many communities It-Talks does not focus on one specific product but more on a principal of hands on sharing of knowledge and experience. To do this we organize regular evening and full day events where we hook up our laptops in a big LANparty style network and play with technology like ISA, active directory, group policies,... The labs are instructor led real world scenarios and in this huge lab environment everyone has a change to try things out, ask questions and share experiences.

DotNetHub is a community which aim to share knowledge, know-how and experiences in two different trakcs : - A "Technology" track: targeting the .NET framework and all related tools and technologies - A "Methodology" track: targeting the agile methodologies : eXtreme Programming, Scrum and Lean For each track, we will organize conferences, dojos (hands on lab about a technology or a methodology practice) and Open Space Discussions (free discussion about a subject, each participant being an active actor).

The primary goal of the Belux Information Worker User Group (abbreviated as BIWUG) is to be a central meeting point for the Information Worker community in Belgium and Luxemburg. BIWUG members are people, technical and non-technical, who are interested in Microsoft Information Worker products and technologies. We cover the whole range of products and technologies that influence in some way or another the daily activities of the information worker.

The goal of the Belgian Silverlight User Group [BESUG] is to bring all the people together who are interested in the Silverlight technology. It doesn’t matter if you are a designer or a developer, an experienced Silverlight user or a complete newbie. Everybody can join BESUG. The main activity of the user group is to organize meetings where you can share your knowledge and experience with other members. The user group covers every aspect of Silverlight during several meetings. Sometimes, the focus will be more on design, other times the focus will be more on development.
